For your convenience we accept the following payment methods:
1. Payment by bank transfer /for your own cost/.
2. Payment by credit or debit card
We accept MasterCard, MasterCard Electronic, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, V PAY. If you choose to pay by credit or debit card, you have to fill in an application form the data of the card. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to Martina Organic, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. If the transaction is successful, on your screen will be displayed a transaction note, which you have to print or to save.
When the transfer is received your delivery will be processed.
Policy to protect transaction data: We take all reasonable care to make this website secure. In order to ensure secure payment transactions, Martina Organic uses the best practices of payment, recommended by international card organizations. All confidential data (e.g. credit card number and expiry date) are encrypted and transmitted directly, using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, to a secured server. The authenticity of your card is checked by the introduction of security code (CVV2).
In addition to identifying you as a cardholder, the billing server for e-commerce of our bank supports authentication schemes of international card organizations - Verified by VISA and MasterCard Secure Code, in case you are registered to use them. Martina Organic will not accept any responsibility for delays in delivering merchandise resulting from lack of authorization by the bank.
Delivery
Products ordered from our online store could be delivered to the address you have specified by courier company or to the nearest post office by BG Post /postal service/. The transport charges and the delivery time are depend on the country that you make your order from and on the weight of the parcel.
Returns and exchanges
Complaint
According to the Bulgarian legislation customers have the right to claim a return or an exchange in cases of:
1. Faulty item
You can return the product within 30 days from date of purchase.
Once the claim has been approved, you may:
1. Receive refund
2. Exchange the product
Within five working days of receiving the item, the client has the right to claim a return or exchange under the following conditions:
1. The item must be in a proper condition (without any treatment)
2. Internal labels must be intact and the item must be with its corresponding receipt.
3. The shipping cost for returning and exchanging of the product is assumed by client.
Responsibilities
Martina Organic is not responsible:
- if a product is out of stock
- in cases of delay of an order due to out-of-stock item or waiting for the item to be restocked.
In the event of supply difficulties or when products are no longer in stock, you will be informed via email or telephone about the possibility of purchasing substitute products.
